If you’re feeling anxious, worried, fearful, stressed or unsure right now – think of a coin. On one side of the coin is a thought (T). On the other side is a feeling (F).
Right now, maybe you’re feeling anxious, worried, stressed and apprehensive. Maybe you’ve been worrying for some time.
Maybe you’re feeling depressed, stuck, regretful, resentful?
It’s so interesting. A year or so ago I would have looked at events which are sad and terrible and tragic (and of course they are, as we view and experience them), but now I see there are two things playing out:
Everyone has self-talk. That narrator in your head who pops up every few seconds, minutes, hours.
Or maybe for some people, it’s a constant narrator. It isn’t, really – it can’t be.
What if there was a force guiding all human beings, if they would just let it? What if there was nothing you needed to do or ‘control’, to flow through life?
You might be about to discover the secret of life. I know I realised this, once I really saw it. Or rather, once I really felt it.
